Anything left after 6pm WEDNESDAY is considered abandoned and becomes property of LOA (Lexington Online Auction).

A 14% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.

If a bid is placed in the final 2-minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 2-minutes. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2-minute time frame. This gives everyone a chance to get their last bid in.
A 13% buyers premium will be added to all final bids.
