Everything is sold as is without warranty expressed or implied. We do check every item and if a defect is found we either take a photo of the defect or mention it in the description. Most items are generally new in the box but see all photos for that information. Pickup of won items are always the following 2 days after the auction close. Wednesday 12-7pm and Thursday 10am-6pm at 140 Dewey Drive in Nicholasville. Anything left after 6pm Thursday is considered abandoned and becomes property of LOA (Lexington Online Auction).
